This marteani is a glassful of golden glowing of everything we love about this season; moments when you can hear nothing but the wind singing, confetti of leaves, petals and light drizzles, and early amber sunsets.
- 45mL Noble & Savage's White Noise tea infused FAIR Quinoa Vodka
- 15mL Peter Lehmann Botrytis Semillon Wine
- 20mL fresh lemon juice
- 10mL maple simple syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a floating lemon wedge and white flower petal.
2 tsp / 45mL vodka; 45 mins. Infuse longer for a more robust flavour.
