- 15mL The Tea Nomad Sydney tea syrup
- 45mL The Tea Nomad Sydney tea unfused Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin
- 15mL fresh lemon juice
- Half a mango cheek
- 30-60mL soda water to top
Muddle tea syrup, tea-infused gin, lemon juice and mango in a short glass. Add ice and churn. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon round.
